I am always interested in continuing my extensive studies into human behaviour. It helps me maintain excellent profiling and mentalist skills (don’t laugh because I have ways of making you talk) I have seven questions below which I’d like you (my lovely readers) to answer as part of my study group. I don’t want you to think about them too much and prefer you answer with your first thought / feeling as this is your truth. I won’t use any of your answers against you (not for long, anyway)

Thank you for your participation now…GO!

1: Given half the chance, would you?

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it?

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….?

4: Is the bounty worth the risk?

5: Open or closed?

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one?

7: Who are you?

1. Yes
2. Probably
3. Passion
4. Usually
5. Open
6. New experiences every time!
7. Like Will o’ the wisp if I try to grasp for who I am it evaporates and transforms in another place. I therefore conclude that I am essence!

Well I think we should be friends!

1: Given half the chance, would you?

Ah, the contextless question. I probably wouldn’t.

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it?

No. I try and avoid hurt in both myself and others.

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….?

Creating.

4: Is the bounty worth the risk?

I don’t like coconut.

5: Open or closed?

Open behind closed doors.

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one?

Whilst I am open to new experiences without knowing what the experience on offer was i’d go through the safe door.

7: Who are you?

I am my brain.

I knew this would do your head in because it’s far too ambiguous!

1…yes
2…Mmmmm depends on what I get in return
3…what I see in my clients
4…sometimes
5…open
6…new experience please
7…iam me

Slight risk aversion here but on the cusp. You’re so much nicer than me though, Valerie 🙂

These questions are very open and with just a little more detail every answer would probably be completely different. As such:
1. Yes
2. Yes
3. A well written line, either song, poem or prose.
4. Yes
5. Closed
6. New experience
7. One of my favorite songs and contains one of my favorite lines:
I woke up in a Soho doorway
A policeman knew my name
He said “You can go sleep at home tonight
If you can get up and walk away”

I like it. Number 7 answer is great 😉

1. Yes.
2. No.
3. Nuffin much.
4. Depends on the amount of risk and the amount of bounty. And whether you like coconut or not.
5. Open.
6. New.
7. Er… Masher.

And here comes the comedian! Come on now, Masher, something must get you going. I don’t think it’s coconut.

1: Given half the chance, would you?

Only if of mutual benefit or, in a pinch, to myself.

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it?

See one above.

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….?

My soulmate.

4: Is the bounty worth the risk?

There is either a calculus applied or there is impulse. The answer is dependent upon those mechanics of nature. For the former, the universe can burn away before an answer resolves, for the latter, the question (let alone the answer) is probably entirely superfluous.

5: Open or closed?

Open. The progress of transparency is only limited as much as cogitation is languid and, by comparison, combustion is instantaneous.

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one?

Such a fell question, replete with unflattering mirrors reflecting the truth of lies we use to pad the unyielding corners of our psyche.

I believe the truth, my truth, is that the fading and eventual disappearance of a mind’s youthful elasticity induces caution. This in combination with wealth, even relative wealth, floods my neural pathways with an intoxicating drug of attraction to the pliant, the yielding and self-aggrandizing comfort.

And like any drug, it should be used sparingly and with caution.

7: Who are you?

Mostly, I am you.

I get the distinct impression that you gave this a lot of thought using the mathematical study of derivatives, reason and change.

Throw caution to the wind, Dean for it keeps you a slave when you should be master of your dreams.

You are me? Jesus, you wanna be careful cos that’s dangerous! Or is that one of those you are me and I am you and we are us and all as one type of mad things that totally confuse me?

1: Given half the chance, would you? Yes

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it? Sure, the only easy day was yesterday.

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….? Life

4: Is the bounty worth the risk? Nothing ventured, nothing gained

5: Open or closed? Open

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one? New experience

7: Who are you? Clearly I am different things to different people.

🙂 Hello man on the same page as I.

Yes we are different things to different people. Who are you to you though?

How do you define life? By love and by being loved? By what the world values? By a pile of purloined loot? By being a something-something that you can strut and boast of? By the capricious conditions of birth?

It’s very hard to fit me snugly into a box based on any generally accepted criteria, Jules. I suspect that’s true of all of your commenters.

How do you define life? I came to that conclusion after my April A-Z and still remain unsated. I need to be saved from myself.
Very poetic, Larry.
I wouldn’t want to fit you into a box. I don’t like boxes.

One day they’ll fit me into a box and drop me six feet into a hole. Or they’ll burn me and drop my dust into a box suited for Chinese take-out. Not ’till then, Jules.

People live their whole lives accumulating money, which is useful but in is essence, just old paper. Wares and such do have value, but they do not value the person that holds them.

I don’t want to even think about that; it makes me sad.

Very true words there. Sadly that was my Fathers problem and that didn’t end well. “Those who give have all, those who withhold have nothing.” Value only comes from people and experience.

TMIF, i love it!

1. that is a mathematical impossibility, see #5 below.
2. no, i’m afraid of bandages.
3. ellipses
4. only if it’s Luffy
5. clopen set. osed in Canada. in Canada those that clopen are known as ‘osers.
6. defenestrate both doors
7. a bird

happy weekend, mah dahlin *)

S’up bird?
Don’t start confusing me with topology! I am mathematically stressed.

I hope you have your straw hat as this is needed to defenestrate, my sweet. *)

Happy weekend!

1. No, someone would do it for me.
2. Botox, yes. Anything else? No.
3. Wealth.
4. Ask Godfrey.
5. Closed.
6. It depends which one my butler opens for me.
7. I’m bloody Kitty, dear.

I bloody love you Kitty, whoever you are. Can I borrow your butler?

1. Yes…I already have
2. Yes…I already have
3. Life/Passion/Art/Love
4. For the most part
5. Open
6. New
7. I am Me…Everyday.
(every third day; “I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.”

Already have what? Eh? Spill….

Passion – great word – great feeling. Life juice.

OK…here we go with he/me/she/you/us/we all as one thing again. We’re all together? Do you think that is really so?

Altruism is coming.

Oh goody, I like quizzes! But how will I know if my answers are right? Actually, the answer to most of them is ‘I don’t know’. Ah, question 3! The answer is chocolate ice cream!

I like quizzes too. Pub ones! There no such thing as a wrong answer unless it’s maths.
Wisely skirted, Mr. GB, you’re a smart ape. Maybe you could say chocolate ice cream to all of them.

1: Given half the chance, would you? No

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it? Yes

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….? Sexual attraction.

4: Is the bounty worth the risk? No

5: Open or closed? Open

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one? The one I’ve always known.

7: Who are you? Me. The person I can now accept.

Hazel! Having just drank half a bottle of the finest Champagne, maybe it’s not wise to answer…But then again, when have I ever been wise?

I was surprised at your first answer especially since the second answer was yes. Hmmm.. I will be quizzing you on this.

Totally with you on number 3. However, it is through my mind and my mind only that sexual desire is created for me. Someone able to get into your head.

ooo fun!
1. Yes!
2. Depends. If it were a great love experience, yes. Falling down a flight of stairs, not so much.
3. Beauty, passion, love, nature, great stories, sexy songs.
4. If material bounty only, possibly and probably not. If it’s something that makes the heart happy…any day!
5. Open! Might get claustrophobic otherwise.
6. Who am I…wow. Creative, strong, fun, passionate, loyal, more intelligent than I like to let on, and likely more than a little nuts. 😉

Tracy,

Trumpet your intellect. Let it blaze your trail. If it makes people uncomfortable, then they have already indicated who has the model T brain.

You’re a bundle of loveliness, you are, Tracy 🙂 You have such a pizzazz about you. Nuts is good. x

1. I say “yes” because it seems like the cool thing to say but I doubt I’d do it.

2. I have a very low threshold for pain. What do you mean, exactly? Stubbing my toe pain or working on a Saturday pain?

3. Random personality quizzes.

4. Ask someone in jail if it was worth it.

5. Open.

6. Despite my reserved nature, I’m opening the new experience door. Hope I don’t regret it.

7. I don’t know who I am anymore. I used to know but that was a long time ago.

I love how people answer these. So, Mark, you’re a little bit hesitant because it’s all so unclear. I wouldn’t go for stubbing my toe, that bloody hurts but I know I can take emotional pain if I wanted to. It all depends what comes to your mind when you read the question and this is how I start to figure you out by your answers.

1: Yes!

2: Probably…

3: Dance, the movement and dance within human souls.

4: Nope!

5: Open

6: Always the one that offers new experiences!

7: Adventurer. Story teller. Hippie. Non conformist. Dancer. And so much more.

I would love to know your answers as well, Jules. 🙂

Hello Aditi the adventurer! What great answers. Another girl with a spirited essence. Do you know what, I knew somebody would ask me and I had a specific person in mind who I thought that would be but I never thought it would be you, Aditi. I need to work harder on my profiling.

OK, since you asked, I will oblige:

1: Given half the chance, would you? Absolutely.

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it? Yes

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….? Mental dalliance and then some, adventure, creation, behaviour, love, passion and connection.

4: Is the bounty worth the risk? Yes

5: Open or closed? Open but with lock and key ready.

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one? New experience.

7: Who are you? Ruby Tuesday awaiting rescue.

1: Given half the chance, would you? No. I only say yes when I know what I’m talking about.

2: If you knew it was going to hurt, would you still do it? No. I hate pain. Been there, done that.

3: You are moved, captivated, excited by….? the first song in the movie Closer. It made me cry, what, 30 seconds into the movie. I never cry.

4: Is the bounty worth the risk? Always.

5: Open or closed? Open.

6: Two doors in front of you: One is what you’ve always known the other is a new experience. Which one? A new experience.

7: Who are you? No one. Anyone. Everyone.

You’re a very good balance of risk and wise,Blue. Yes, that song is beautiful. You’re an open and sensitive soul and I think that’s wonderful and most certainly not “no-one”

Well, you know there’s a reason people call me blue. I’m scared to fall asleep and relieved when I wake up. Do I need to say more?
