A Plea for Humanity: Part 2

And the demon said:

In the fiery depths of this abyss, I address you, my infernal brethren, with a perspective darker than the blackest night—an observation of the human species that has perpetuated suffering and wreaked havoc upon the mortal dimension.

Look upon them, oh denizens of this chasm, for they possess a duality that is both fascinating and abhorrent. They carry within them the potential for malevolence and cruelty, exploiting their fellow beings in pursuit of selfish desires.

Witness the atrocities they commit in the name of religion—faith twisted into spears and ideologies weaponised to justify horrors. They spill blood and inflict pain, clinging to a belief in righteousness while sowing discord and suffering.

Marvel at their hypocrisy and deceit, for they often wear masks of virtue while concealing their darkest intentions. They feign kindness, offering hollow words of love and peace, yet their actions reveal a lust for power and dominion. They are driven by insatiable greed and avarice, hoarding wealth and resources at the expense of the vulnerable. Their ravenous hunger for more, a never-ending quest for supremacy – a relentless force that deafens them to the cries of the suffering.

Let us not overlook the power-crazy fools who lead them astray, manipulating the masses for their gain, intoxicated by a lust for command. They orchestrate chaos and plant seeds of division, exploiting the fears of humanity to further their wicked agendas.

In this dark reflection, I caution you, my demonic kin, to recognise the corruption within humanity and guard against misplaced trust. The deceit that lurks within their souls is a stain that can never be cleansed. Let us revel in the flames of hell, for it is a reflection of the evil that festers within their hearts.

May they be held accountable for their transgressions, for their deeds have brought them to the fiery depths where they shall face the consequences of their actions. In the infernal abyss, truth is laid bare, and the true nature of all souls is revealed—a nature befitting the bowels of this damned realm.

Try as I might, I could see no angel in your last picture.
But the demon in this one stands out a mile.
That possibly reveals more about me than it should.

Well, right then. Time for a deep evaluation of thyself, Masher!

Yesterday was angel wings – I know you can see them if you look carefully and your demons allow it!

Well done indeed. Perfect your southern accent and facial expressions, and you could step right into the pulpit in one of our mountain Baptist churches.

Hey Jules,
One of LL’s misguided bloggers here. Love the blog and the site. Will check out more when I can. Throw a demon to one of the wolves for me.

Hello Hogsbreath! Yes, I recognise you from there. I keep a keen eye on all LL’s commenters – situational awareness!

Thank you so much and thanks for the visit!

The wolves keep all demons at bay, don’t you worry. Tasty little snacks!
